For September, I lost 3 pounds! With having already dropped 70, it’ll be slower now for sure and then my birthday…. also, aunt flow is visiting, so go ahead and subtract another 20 pounds of bloat 😂😂😂
My goal was 145, and I hit it despite being a bum, so way to go Jen!!!
I’m feeling blah, thanks flow! Just burnt out with homework and work work and you name it. So much happening, still practicing optimism, I say practicing, because to be honest, I flub all the time mentally. It’s totally normal to have ups and downs and I’m working toward just being where I am and knowing it’ll pass. Seems to be working?
New goal is for 139 by November and smaller steps seems more comfortable for my psyche. So I’m going with it. I’ll keep my fasting, keep using my veg, I’m not running at the moment with so much yoga, but damn if between practice and my ‘training’ I hit 3 hours of yoga some days and that’s INTENSE. Muscle tone is my friend.
We leave for a rental house on the beach with the kids Saturday morning and it can’t get here fast enough. Socially distanced getaway here we come. My cousins are sharing the house, so the kids will have a blast and we can’t wait. Fingers crossed no more hurricanes eff up this one window of peace we have scheduled for the year….
When we get back, it’s party planning for Liliths 2nd birthday! Gah does time just keep going or what?!
