Drink water with plenty of ice so you can chew on the ice, it keeps you full for a pretty decent amount of time
Cucumbers, Bell Pepers, and any other vegetables can help replace meals. I suggest finding a random healthy food to eat a lot so you can have a consistent source of food that wont make you gain anything.
If you like journaling or making charts I suggest making a graph of the calories you eat or tracking it in a notebook. (I might just do this because I’m a nerd though)
Go on late night walks/hikes, the feeling of isolation and freedom can encourage you to go longer distances and it also makes it so you have to walk home, thus helping burn calories
Milk has a lot of fat in it so when you skip a meal you can just drink a glass of milk (it’s about 90 - 150 calories depending on the type you get)
At school lunches take that as a time to hydrate yourself, make sure to get a water bottle
Another thing to do at lunch is use the period as a study hall and work on any missing work you may have

But I'll only have 600 cals tomorrow then fast after that again until Saturday cause that's when I'm going to a convention and I'm going to allow myself to eat a little bit more
