From 273 lbs to 218, a lot has changed in my life… But not my phone. 🥲 I love my body now, I don’t even care that I’m over 200lbs, because I’m healthier than I have ever been. This journey is so much more than a weight loss journey, it’s about building my confidence, loving myself at every stage, and showing that every journey is different, and consistency moves mountains.
When I started 2 years ago, I just wanted to lose it quick and dirty, but instead I learned what worked for me and made small consistent changes, and now I can actually enjoy my life with less asthma, more energy, and less weight to carry.
If you have thought about starting, just do it. Start walking, download home workouts, reach out for an accountability partner, and most of all celebrate every single step on the way. You deserve it. 💜💜
