Today was my dads birthday and we went out for dinner:( I ended up eating about 200 cals and that’s more than I usually eat in a day. To make matters worse when I got home I ate half a donut before I was able to stop myself. So obviously I’m NOT happy about today. on the plus side I look much skinnier and my thighs are going down. anyways I need to weigh it rn so let’s start I guess :/ (let’s just say I have very low expectations)
What I ate today:
One graham cracker - 18cals
5 tbsps mixed veg - 30cals
Dinner(rice noodles)- aprox 200cals
Half a donut - 150 cals
Total- 398cals :(((
??????? I’m so confused about how the hell this happened but I’m SO HAPPY IT DID HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! Bro can anybody explain??? Ugh I’m obsessed I’m so close to hitting my ugw. Since I hit and even went under my first goal weight of 135 my new goal weight is 125! I hope to look noticeably skinnier by Sunday because I have a family dinner. Which I’m not worried about at all because i don’t sit around my parents. So yeah I’m fucking VIBING!!!

I only did 20 minutes on the elliptical today due to time constraints and did not eat after my work out either. work is super busy too. It will mess up my fasting time and I wont fit in 4, 20+ hour fasts this week but I will allow myself a snack at the holliday party tonight if I realy want it. I heard its pizza so probably one slice.

my week total isn’t that low as last week bc i overeat for 2 days, but im still kinda happy bc managed to stay under 500 cal on weekend (its very hard to me bc my mom is home so i cant avoid eat that much since she knows about my ed)
I stopped eating… i guess I haven’t stopped all together but I’ve only been eating 1 small meal a day. The past 6 days I’ve dropped 7 pounds. I’m super happy with these results… anytime I feel hungry I smoke (weed or cigs) then eat a small portion at dinner. So no one suspects a thing. Then throw up the next morning an repeat. Let’s see how long I can hold this up for. I’m trying to not hate the way I fucking feel and look anymore. By the time I can’t tolerate the pain anymore hopefully I’ll be happy enough to let myself have more again.
Breakfast: half of a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a large sweet tea ~ 415 cal
Snack: the other half of my biscuit ~ 255 cal
Total: 670 cal

PSA: Starving yourself won’t make you look like most of the thinspo that you see on tumblr. Most of those girls are super fit and look like that because even though they have low body fat they also have lots of muscle. Starvation won’t do that to your body even if you work out, a good diet high in protein combined with working out will.
I went roller skating for 4 hours today granted I have one slice of roller rink pizza, one cupcake, and 8 ozs of Dr. Pepper so im assuming it was all burned out or at least close enough. I feel amazing though yeah im a little sore but now im better at skating, burned some calories, and had fun!
