RIP THA HOMIE BIG TOE!! HE AINT GONNA BE MISSED!!
The day finally came, and I parted with my right big toenail. It was so cool to watch, so freaking cool! I giggled the whole way through it because “how tf am I not feeling this, this be cool af!!” Then I saw the meat underneath, and I was fascinated. Honestly the worst part was getting the numb numb juice into me. My doc, who is the best doc I’ve had btw, had to turn my toe into swiss cheese basically to numb it fully. I took 3 humans worth of numb numb juice, normal humans only need one syringe, 1ml of numbing before they cant feel shit. At 2ml I could still feel alot, so he gave me a 3rd ml! I was just waiting for the “I gave you enough to knock out a horse” jokes lol.. the numbing was literally the worst, longest part. Cause the removal took minutes. Freezing took about 15 minutes and I got myself all worked up over it, was literally shaking. The feeling of liquid being shot under my skin freaks me out, and it reminds me of when I used to be an IV drug addict and I’d miss a shot. Missing is painful as shit, mind you when you miss it’s the liquid, and the needle touching your nerves, tendons and etc under there. It’s not fun at all, and I think I got more worked up from the memory of all the times I missed a shot! It’s the same feeling! But after the freezing I was laughing and joking lmao..
Still in no pain nearly 90 min after, I’ll update as I heal!

Todays outfit of the day!
Had a good and productive day today. Was able to do my self care and get dressed. Did some cleaning, had a doctors appointment and I made $115 today selling things on facebook marketplace! My pain was there, but not overwhelming, and I didnt have to resort to pills so I could keep going.
I gotta go back to see my doctor again tommorow, getting the toenails removed on both of my big toes. While I was homeless, using drugs and on the streets taking care of my feet wasnt really the priority. I’ve got ingrown toenails, foot/nail fungus, and I figure I’d rather just not have two of my toenails. The shit hurts, getting the infected one pulled tommorow, and the next time my left one gets painful I’m getting it pulled too.
3its been 19 days and im still on my period. i went to see another more trusted doctor who bareky makes mistakes unlike someone. and she said to drop my primolut entirely. let it run its course and then go back on it once its done. next time my main doctor mentions anything about transition im just not going to listen. shes never even had trans patients aside from me and shes never spoken to actual gender specialists.
