How to go further in complimenting trans masc people...
Context to my gender and myself: I am someone who is a part of the non-binary umbrella. I'm a demi-boy: meaning I feel part male and (for me) part either male or female. I go by mostly pronouns that seem more masculine to me. He/They/Ze/pup/Bunny. (I'll talk about neo-pronouns another time).
We all have the one compliment people normally say to us. "Cute or cutie", however that doesn't fit for some of us... example: ME, i am a walking trans stud. i weigh 133lbs of pure muscle and can lift 215lbs. (I'm not on T) I'm built like a 5'1 Katsuki Bakugou with switch leaning towards Dom energy.
Cute just seems invaliding and downplaying to who I actually am. Now i understand that this is probably not someone's intention. so here is some ways you can complement a trans-masc person in a more indepth way without seeming repetative.
lets put this into catagrogories...
2. Physical appearance
3. intelligence and wisdom
Think of some Characteristis of the person. Are they more level headed? artist? Maybe they are good at a sport or instrument.
Ex: I really like your levelheaded nature.
find something that's more masculine about there appearance
Ex: "you have a really nice jawline" or " i really like your broad shoulders".
Intelligence and wisdom:
you can find something that they are knowledgble about and compilent them about that.
Ex: "Hey, i really find it amazing how good you are at writing poems."
think about somethings that are a part of their personality.
Ex: I like out going you are, you can always find a way to bring the mood up.
Give them a compilent about how them being in your life has made you feel.
Ex: You have made it so much more easier for me to come to school.
(note: it is up to you to who or what gender you say these too. be careful; you may make the person have an error or crash their systems.)
