May 18, 2021 - Columbines in Bloom. These plants volunteered here and I am lucky to have them.
Out with the old... #EmpireCity good times but now I start my agricultural-medieval-Japanese build. More green, rivers, deserts, mixed with modern edifices of corruption and power, see progress and democracy.
I transplated ~15 wild strawberries into my garden today 🍓 I got them from weeding my mom's garden to prep it for a deep mulching. I hope they live because I definitely let them get too dry and wilty. I also started my outlawn rain garden because I need to get those transplants in the ground too 😅 I did some of the trench work today and got my hydrangea and white flowering dogwood in the ground. I am planning to do the rest of the main trench and flower transplants tomorrow. I think I will stick one of the 2 remaining witchhazels I have out there too. Not sure what I will do with the last one 🤷♂️
