    Śniadanie: 2 jajka, chleb, kapusta kisz, pomidorki, orzechy

    Obiad: fasolka po bretońsku + trochę ziemniaków i pół bułki

    Deser: ciasto z galaretką

    Kolacja: 2 bułki z serem, pomidorki w oliwie i zwykłe, nerkowce, kiszone buraki, sok z w/w kiszonych buraków

    Poza tym: kakałko i 2 cukierki

    Miałam dziś wrażenie, że się obżeram, ale tu widzę, że nie było tak źle. Oraz wróciłam dziś do ćwiczeń po przerwie (1-2 tygodnie? 🤔) spowodowanej bólem krzyża. Wolałam przeczekać aż minie. No i prawie minęło ale dalej się boję. Ale będę coś tam próbować ostrożnie ćwiczyć. Bo nie chce mieć obwisłej chudej d**. Haha

    Okay sooo first update! So today for breakfast, I’m eating a school breakfast which is a slice of sausage pizza, a papaya and mango fruit cup and an apple juice. I logged all of this into a calorie counter app and this is 246 calories in total so I think thats pretty gucci. See y’all at lunch!

    i fasted for 24 hours today and then had one of the hot mama pickles and i couldn't even finish it by how filling it is, its 0 cals too and satisfies my spicy food cravings so well

    I went to the gym last night/this morning and I need to repeat that ab workout again later because I am feeeeling it in my obliques today!

    Walking/Jogging: 0.25/3.0/1.0/5:00, 0.5/6.0/1.0/5:00, 0.25/3.0/1.0/5:00

    Squats: 10/25, 6/125, 6/125, 6/125

    Concentration Curls: 8/15, 8/15, 8/15

    Seated Calf Raise (On Leg Press Machine): 12/217, 12/217, 12/217

    Lat Pulldowns: 7/75, 7/75, 7/75

    Rope Tricep Pushdowns: 7/30, 7/40, 7/50

    Supermans: 10, 10, 10

    Russian Twist: 50, 50, 50

    Plank Dips: 20, 20, 20

    I'm super pumped about my squat weight, I think next session I'm gonna do some side lunges though because I'm realizing I'm not working those muscles and I want them to build as well.

    Aaaaand here's my food for the day:

    I just finished my 1st meal and I'm stuffed. Thanksgiving leftovers are the best 😂

    I sat down yesterday and planned out my workouts and meals for next month so I have less of a reason to not go to the gym/not cook. It's not as intense as I've been in the past but I think that'll just make me more likely to stick with it. My weight has plateaued because I haven't been sticking to my calorie goal or workouts very well. Fingers crossed that sticking with this will get me down into the 120s by the end of the year 🤞🏻

    what i do when i’m hungry! 💕💕

    drink lots of water! to the point it’s feels so gross and i’m so full i can’t even swallow

    workout! i do a couple of minutes of squats and my hunger goes away, if i get hungry again i just workout some more

    play minecraft! basically distract yourself, i can spend hours playing and i won’t even realize it, but it can be reading or whatever

    watch supersize vs superskinny. sometimes it makes me more hungry but for the most part it grosses me out

    go shopping! my mom and i love going to thrift shops so sometimes when i’m hungry i ask her if we can go thrifting, this way i’m distracted and forget i’m hungry

    drink coca cola zero! it helps me suppress hunger, for some people it’s tea or coffee but that just makes me more hungry

    shower! distract distract distract

    clean my room! more distractions

    chew gum or ice

    as a last resort, if i can’t stand it anymore, i eat a cucumber (30cal) or some pickles (0-15cal)

    Daily log, 11/29/21

    Hi! welcome to my first daily log ig? I'm Salem... yeah that's all. Today was fine. Just learned I'm overweight, my BMI is 26.5. But I'm working on that, so whatever. I've gained 10 lbs since I last weighed myself. That was like a month or two ago. Shit. I started swim today, and I'll be doing that 'til mid February. Maybe I'll lose some weight from that. I hope so. I have no stamina anymore, so I'm way worse than I used to be. I started swimming as a little kid. I hate it now. Being in a bathing suit in front of all those people, as fat as I am... yeah, no good. That's all for today I guess. Pretty uneventful. Just as drab, boring, and forgettable as every other day for the past two years. I hope you all had/have a good day!
