my favorite time of year is when the bottle trees bloom
Today’s Walking Photo: Kinda diggin’ on this yard art chicken sculpture on a grey day that was rude enough to rain on me when I neglected to wear a jacket. No harm done.
One of these….
… is NOT like the others.
And he is burying things
in my Hosta.
I don’t care what he says, that is GUILT all over his face!
I note that his friends are (sort of) standing by him. They claim to have seen, heard and said nothing. Criminals by association.
I love making stuff like this… except Pennywise. Made two of them. One a few years ago, and another one this year, and just never again. Haha. The repeated patterns in it’s clothes just make me angry. 🤷♀️
Saw this some where so not my idea just my execution. All from the home improvement store. Held together with polyurethane adhesive. The rocks are not glued down kept finding them on the ground. Was watching one day and the birds keep flipping the rocks off looking for bugs.

Here in the Pacific Northwest, we have wicked bears that shit Halloween witches.
The painted-resin, egg-shell-like art thingies with screws on them turned up while helping my mom go through her art studio. She said they were meant for in the garden. I asked how long they’d been on a shelf in her basement. She held them out to me, and I said, sure.
I can’t imagine why she bought them, her tastes are usually more specifically whimsical, like things with smiling faces on them.
These are on the inside of my east backyard gate now. The wood screws made them easy to put up by hand.

To my viewers who have
Trypophobia… I insincerely apologise (sorry not sorry) for this cast iron pig that I saw at an estate sale.
